2026 Dealer EOFY Promotion

Promoter
This promotion is offered by Global Edge, a brand under Activeport Group Ltd (“Activeport”).

Promotion Period
The promotion commences on 20 April 2026 and ends on 30 June 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Only eligible orders confirmed within this period will qualify.

Eligibility
This promotion is available to Activeport wholesale partners placing eligible Global Edge service orders.

Qualifying Orders
A “confirmed order” is defined as a fully signed and accepted Global Edge order form.
Orders must be:

• Submitted and accepted during the Promotion Period; and
• For eligible Global Edge fibre services as outlined in the offer.
• At least two (2) out of every three (3) qualifying orders must be for services of 1Gbps or above. A maximum of one (1) 500Mbps service is permitted per set of three (3) qualifying orders.

Reward Structure
Partners will receive one (1) reward for every three (3) confirmed Global Edge orders.
Eligible participants may choose one of the following rewards:

• Nintendo Switch Neon Console; or
• $500 Drummond Golf Voucher

Each additional set of three (3) confirmed orders qualifies for an additional reward.
There is no maximum limit on rewards earned during the Promotion Period.

Reward Selection & Fulfilment
Reward selection must be confirmed with Activeport upon qualification.
Rewards will be issued within a reasonable timeframe following verification of qualifying orders. No more than 14 working days.
Rewards are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Exclusions
Cancelled, suspended, or unpaid services may be deemed ineligible at Activeport’s discretion. Orders not fully executed (i.e. unsigned or incomplete) will not qualify.
Any orders outside the Promotion Period will not be counted toward eligibility.
This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount.

General Conditions
Activeport reserves the right to verify the validity of all orders and participants.
Activeport may amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
In the event of any dispute, Activeport’s decision is final.

Acceptance
Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
